Wisdom of the Body – Deep Play for Adults

These classes are for those interested in diving more deeply into the waters of InterPlay and experiencing the creamy transformational core of the InterPlay system. Our two hour gathering allows us to settle into our bodies, listen for what our bodies want and need and then play with the forms of InterPlay that allow us to find ease in the midst of anxiety, hope in the midst of grief and community in the midst of separation.

• We gather on zoom each Wednesday from 9:30am PT-11:30am PT (check the world clock for the time where you are.)
• Cost is a sliding scale from $0-$25 per session.
